Have finished my third winter with Snow Joe. ***** It does beat shoveling, particularly happy is my 81 year old arthritic back. ***** I had hoped for near zero maintenance on the machine but find this is not the case. ***** Perhaps there is no such thing. Has anyone else had trouble with the push button safety switch? ***** Mine has not held up. ***** The blue button has been replaced twice. ***** The projections that engage the safety lever become sufficiently worn or misalligned so that the switch does not operate. ***** I repeatedly need to dissassemble the switch housing to properly position the blue button when it has slipped ot of position, or to build up the engagement projections with epoxy when they become worn. I'm also developing serious rust on many of the fasteners. ***** Stainless steel screws etc. would have been a better choice. ***** The light cadmium finish does not serve in an outdoor wet environment where salt from street distribution is in the picture. The motor and the auger get the job done. ***** An improved switch would get me to near perfect. *****

The big pulley on our snow joe 622U broke and we can't get what remains off the machine. ***** Has anyone had this problem or have a solution? ***** We can't find any instructions on replacing the big pulley.

I just found your web site. I think that lil blower 322 looks cool. does it come with a cord? Will it work with "slushy snow"?

I just saw the Snow Joe commercial and it looks great, but our driveway consists of small rocks. Would it work on this type of driveway?

We do not recommend the Snow Joe 322P for rocks as they can cause harm to the auger system. You best bet would be a dual stage machine that you can adjust the skid shoes so you would avoid lift and throwing rocks/debris.
